Dear Resellers and Clients,
This notice is a follow-up to our previous communication regarding the PHP upgrade for Windows hosting servers.
We had initially scheduled the hard upgrades for March 3rd, 2025. However, to ensure a smoother transition to the higher PHP version and minimize potential disruptions during the soft upgrade phase, we implemented a strategy of upgrading servers in smaller batches.
This careful, phased approach has extended the timeframe of the soft upgrade process. Consequently, we must reschedule the PHP Hard Upgrade for Windows servers. The original date of March 3rd, 2025, as mentioned in our previous notice has been revised to April 3rd, 2025.
We understand that schedule changes can be disruptive, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to providing you with ample time to prepare for this necessary upgrade.
To ensure a smooth transition to the higher PHP versions, please take the following essential steps:
- Check Compatibility: Thoroughly review your websites, CMS platforms, plugins, and themes for compatibility with PHP 8.3.
- Update Plugins and Themes: Ensure that all components of your websites are updated to versions that are fully compatible with PHP 8.3.
- Test Your Website: Perform comprehensive testing after making any updates to identify and resolve any potential issues.
Our primary objective is to facilitate a seamless and hassle-free upgrade experience for you and your valued customers. We are confident that this upgrade will contribute to a more secure, reliable, and high-performing hosting environment.
